Analysis Reports

Proper documentation of loads and structural analysis is required for FAA approval of aircraft repairs, modifications, and certification programs. These reports are a compilation of the critical design loads and structural Margins of Safety. Fatigue and/or damage tolerance analysis reports are also usually required for FAA certification.

Aerosciences staff are highly proficient in FAA part 23 and 25 structural and system regulations and are experts at creating the proper report documentation necessary to meet certification requirements in a very efficient manner. Our reports have included primary airframe structure, control surfaces, flaps, flight controls, landing gear, engine installations, and interior floor and cabin components.
